
Shipping Instructions
Thank you for choosing us. To help you clearly understand the complete process from warehouse dispatch to package receipt, we have developed the following shipping guidelines in accordance with international logistics standards to ensure safe and efficient delivery of your parcel.
Please note that your package will be shipped from China. Therefore, any orders sent to other countries will be considered international orders.
Shipping Timeline & Process:
After order confirmation, we will complete packing and pre-processing within 24 hours and hand it over to domestic logistics for transfer to an international logistics warehouse (approx. 2-3 days). The international logistics team will provide services such as air freight (approx. 3-7 days), sea freight (approx. 20-40 days), or dedicated routes (e.g., China-Europe Railway). Once the package arrives in your country/region, local carriers will handle the “last-mile” delivery.
Unexpected Situations During Transit:
If items are lost or damaged due to mishandling by logistics providers, compensation will be covered by the logistics company. We will offer free replacement, re-delivery, or refund for your order. (Once we transfer your package to logistics providers, we lose control over their operations. While we provide tracking information, we cannot intervene in transit incidents. Thank you for your understanding.)
“Delivered” Status Without Receiving the Package (Lost/Stolen):
If the carrier marks your package as “delivered” but you have not received it, you must file a claim within 20 days of the “delivered” status.
Returned Packages:
If a package is returned to us undamaged, we will gladly reship it. For refund requests (non-quality issues), we will refund the order amount minus shipping fees.
Address Accuracy Statement:
You are responsible for providing a correct and precise shipping address during checkout.
- If you have provided a correct and accurate address, but the package has been sent to the wrong address, it will be considered as stolen/lost, and the logistics company will make a compensation.
- If the customer provides an incorrect address, this issue is not covered
Address Change Requests:
To modify your shipping address before dispatch, email us at newnessangle@yeah.net with your order number, original address, and new address. We cannot guarantee timely updates but will do our best!
Force Majeure Disclaimer:
We are not liable for delays or losses caused by force majeure events (natural disasters, wars, customs policy changes, etc.).
Package Receipt Guidelines:
- Inspect the package on-site upon delivery.
- If the outer box is damaged or items are abnormal, refuse to sign and take photos as evidence.
- Failure to inspect on-site will be regarded as acceptance of the package in good condition.
Instructions for updating notification methods:
If there are any changes to this return policy, we regret that we will not notify you separately. Please refer to our website for the latest information.
This Agreement is written in Chinese and shall be construed under the laws of the People’s Republic of China. In the event of any inconsistency between the Chinese version and any translation thereof, the Chinese version shall govern. Please click here to navigate to the Chinese version of the page.
